The nomad families in Mongolia travel through the steppe with their livestock and are always looking for the best piece of pasture land for the animals. They have no schedule and no deadlines. They live in one place until they decide to move on.
Many of them are still nomads and migrate from region to region according to the needs of their herds or according to the season.

Casino Utrecht in progress!
The contours of the new Holland Casino Utrecht on the A12 highway have been clearly visible for some time now. But also the actual finishing and furnishing, the last phase in execution has started. In order to be and remain an attractive entertainment environment, we are working hard here in Utrecht to create such a design in close collaboration with Gensler, Las Vegas.

In the stunning Dolomites, North Italy, the legendary mountaineer Reinhold Messner has created the MMM Corones, the Messner Mountain Museum, devoted to his lifelong passion. Design was signed by Zaha Hadid. Naturally to get to this one is a hike. (especially when you decide, very sportsy, not to take the cable car). Emerging through the mountain wall on the other side, out onto the terrace overhanging the valley far below with spectacular, panoramic views, is just the ultimate reward for our collegue Ester.

On Tuesday 16 October the completely amended and updated Project Development Manual of the Neprom was officially presented. Sander and Hans wrote a chapter about the design of users space in which the role of the interior architect in the real estate development process is central.
The Project Development Handbook is a completely rewritten edition of the well-known handbook that provides guidance and insight into the land of real estate. The book gives (future) professionals an enthusiastic and accessible introduction to the essence of this field and the methods and tools that lead to successful projects.
